How do I download the images I have purchased?

Once you have completed the purchase process, you will receive an email with a link to download the images you have purchased. You can also access your purchase history and download the images from your user account on our website.

What size are the images I acquire?

All our images have a resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch), which guarantees excellent print quality. The size in inches and centimeters of each image varies depending on its proportion and orientation. You can check the exact size of each image on the product details page before purchasing.

What format are the images?

All our images are in JPEG format, which is a standard format and compatible with most programs and devices. The JPEG format allows images to be compressed without losing much quality, making them easier to download and store.

How can I print the images?

You can print the images you have purchased on any home or professional printer, as long as it has the ability to print in color and in the desired size. We recommend that you use high-quality paper, and that you adjust your printer settings to obtain the best possible result.

What image sizes can I print?

The images acquired in Artiastic are of large size and high resolution, which allows you to print them at any size smaller than the one provided without losing quality in the printing process. For example, an image acquired at 91x91cm can be printed at 50x50cm or 20x20cm without losing quality. However, printing at larger sizes entails a loss of quality.

What type of paper should I use to print the images?

The type of paper you should use depends on your personal tastes and the effect you want to achieve. In general, we suggest that you always use high-quality paper, with a weight of at least 200 g/m2, and with a matte or glossy finish, depending on your preference. Photo paper offers greater color fidelity and contrast, while high-quality paper offers greater durability and strength.

What proportions are the images?

The proportions of images are the relationships between their width and height. For example, an image with a 4:3 aspect ratio means that its width is four-thirds of its height. Do the images include frames?

No, the images we sell do not include frames. We only sell the images in digital format, so you can print and frame them however you want. We offer you a wide variety of images with different proportions. Finding the frame that best suits your taste and your space is up to you.
